With over five years of experience in the animal care industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge to our grooming services. Imogen’s background includes working as a dog groomer in grooming salons, serving as an animal attendant for RSPCA NSW, and starting her journey in a family-owned kennel and cattery.

Imogen's passion for animal care extends beyond her professional work; she has volunteered at pet shops and zoos, dedicating her free time to bathe dogs for various animal charities. Her commitment to animal welfare is further demonstrated by her education, having completed Certificates II and III in Animal Studies and Certificate III in Companion Animal Services. Additionally, she is a qualified pet groomer, having gained her certification while honing her skills on the job.

Imogen fell in love with grooming, discovering the joy of building strong bonds with her canine clients. When she’s not at work, you can find her exploring the local beaches or bush, enjoying walks, swims, or drives with her fiancé and their spirited 15-year-old Maltese Shih Tzu, Bean.
